With this fun product you can burn, melt & stamp personality into every page. The Hot Boss includes a Burner, 4 Interchangeable Tips (Wedge, Pen Point, Bezel & Knife) or Metal Rake. Use the Alphabet and Number Stamp Sets to impress your own expressions into your art. And the "Hot Embossing for Cool Effects" instruction guide will give you lots of info on projects for paper, vellum, cardboard, crafter's foam, clay, leather and cork. The tool is hand held and similar to a soldering iron (but with a lower heat level). Sprinkle embossing powder onto cardstock then drag or write into the loose powder. As you move the heated tip, the embossing powder melts. Shake off excess powder and you have a raised textured design left behind. You can also heat emboss the powder first then use the Hot Boss tip to create textures, writing or designs into the embossed area.... just a couple of ideas for you to try! |
